We have in-house R&D Lab focused on developing acoustic products which meet the relevant building standards.

We have an Impedance Tube which is the standard device to measure Sound Absorption Coefficient (α) as per ISO 10534–2, and Transmission Loss (TL) as per ASTM E2611 over all audible frequencies. We are able to test product/systems upto a thickness of 110 mm, this gives us the ability to design and verify the acoustic properties for materials proposed in every project.

Our commitment to fire standards is what sets us apart in the industry. Our ability to test not only flame spread but also heat release rate (as per ISO 5660-1) of our products gives us the ability to define product properties which go well beyond just flame spread but also cover the impact of combustion of the material. We achieve this in-house by having a Cone Calorimeter and have been able to design acoustic solutions that meet the most stringent flammability requirements.

Colours are verified with the help of world standard PANTONE or RAL Colour Kits. We ensure that different lots are compared to each other and the variations are compared on a Newton Colour Disc to ensure standardisation within different lots. We utilise industry-standard colour matching cabinets to ensure colour variations are checked under a standard light source.
